- Completed Services: Once mentorship or guidance sessions have been fully delivered, they are considered completed and non-refundable.
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind after the purchase but before using the service, we may issue a partial refund depending on the circumstances, but after the service is rendered, no refunds will be issued.
- Failure to Use Services: No refunds will be issued for unused services or if you fail to attend scheduled sessions.
- Subscription-Based Services: For any subscription-based services, refunds will not be issued for partial months or for unused periods within a subscription cycle.
